Position 2 – Junior HR Officer
General Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong foundations are encouraged to apply.
HR Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience – in an HR, administrative, or people operations function.
English Proficiency
Strong written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You must communicate clearly and professionally across all channels – email, documents, and in-person interactions.
Communication & People Skills
Confident communicator who can engage professionally with candidates, employees, and management. You listen well, explain clearly, and follow up without being asked.

Position 3 – Head of Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration
General Requirements
Education:Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (required).
A Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CIPS Diploma, or CSCP), Project Management (e.g., PMP), or Construction/Contract Management are considered an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Property Administration, with substantial experience in the construction or real estate development sector.
At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position overseeing procurement, supply chain, or logistics functions.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale procurement of construction materials — including earthwork materials, ready-mix concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, and MEP materials — within a real estate development or construction environment.
Proven experience in procurement governance, contract administration, supplier and vendor management, and procurement risk management.
Experience working across multiple project sites and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Finance, and Project Management, is highly desirable.
Sound understanding of Ethiopian procurement-related laws, regulations, and construction industry practices.
