Job Position 1 – Customer Handling Junior Officer /Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics
Expereince: Fresh graduate /Two years of total work Experience in Similar and related Business companies

Responsibilities
Handle all customers related issues
Sell company’s services
Process orders and transactions
Deliver information about a company’s offerings
Provide proactive customer outreach
Handle customer complaints
Collect and analyzing customer feedback
Respond to customer reviews
Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics

Competence:
Comprehensive knowledge of promotional strategies
Good interpersonal and communication skill
strong research and strategic analysis skills
Business Intelligence
Industry/market knowledge and expertise
Customer Relationship Management
