Job Position 1 – Human Resource Officer (HRO)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration or related Fields
Experience: 3 years experience in Manufacturing and Trading Industries
Location: Addis Ababa

Key Accountabilities
Assist the end-to-end recruitment process like Job Posting, Screening and Interviews
Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hires
Maintain proper communication between management and employee
Maintain employee records, HR Databases and documentation
Handle employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
Manage HRIS and properly administer attendance system
Support the performance appraisal process and monitor employee performance metrics.
Coordinate talent development and management strategies
Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities.

Job Position 2 – Ophthalmology Sales Representative

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience (ophthalmology experience preferred).
Previous experience in selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or surgical instruments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell ophthalmic products to ophthalmologists, optometrists, hospitals, and eye clinics.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the ophthalmology sector.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk orders with clinics and hospitals.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare providers.
Provide after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, indications, and usage guidelines.
Organize educational workshops, conferences, and training sessions for medical professionals.

Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential business growth areas.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
Stay updated with ophthalmic industry regulations, new treatments, and product developments.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
Medical Knowledge – Understanding of ophthalmology treatments, surgical procedures, and eye care products.
