Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/ Financial Accounting or related field
Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions
Required Skills
Though knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Skills in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ability to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.
Expertise in developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Ability to create financial models and projection
Comprehensive knowledge of Micro Finance Business
Knowledge of tax regulations, preparation of tax returns, and compliance with tax laws. Skills in managing tax planning and optimization strategies
Ability to perform financial analysis to assess profitability, liquidity, and financial health
Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
Excellent knowledge of the Financial regulations of the government
Ability to prepare statement of accounts
