Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Officer
Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
Handles account management transactions
Respond to customer enquiries
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Educations: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank
Work Place: Bishoftu

Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

Position 2 – Customer Service Manager
Job Description
The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver excellent services for high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualification: A minimum Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience: 6 (Six) years of relevant experience in a Bank of which 2 yeas as Senior Customer Services Officer or Equivalent position.
Work Place: Addis Ababa

Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks to provide guidance on quality improvements and operational changes.
