Job Position 1 – Customer Service Officer I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience: 1 (One) year of relevant experience in a Bank

Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Job Position 2 – IT Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: 1st Degree (BSC) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of IT project management
Ensure physical and logical security of IT infrastructures
Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, confidentiality, integrity, availability, compliance and reliability of IT applications
Follow-up IT audit findings rectification
Conduct special IT audit engagements as requested by Management/Board
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Position 3 – Internal Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MBA/MA/MSc. BA, BSc in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or any other related fields
Experience: 2 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, of which 1 years as Jr. internal auditor or related positions.

Other Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Banking business and its risk exposures;
Good interpersonal relationship;
Excellent team work capability.

Job Position 4 – Senior Treasury & Fund Management Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field of study.
Experience: 5 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry, of which 2 years in treasury & fund management area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To determine the availability of adequate funds to meet current and future financial requirements by reviewing the reserve and liquidity requirement of the Bank

Job Position 5 – Senior Risk Management Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSC, MA, BA, BSC  In Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Experience: 3/5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as Officer, Risk & Compliance or equivalent in the banking industry.
Required no: 3

Job Position 6 – Branch Manager I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in  Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
