Job Position 1 – Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field of study
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience  and above

Strong account management and sales skills
Strong skill in generating sales leads, prospecting, targeting and client recruitment
Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
Ability to deal at all levels, Attention to detail & accuracy, Strong multi tasker, High level of initiative.

Job Description:
Promote and grow market position in assigned territory;
Provide weekly input and status updates to GM manager on all account activity;
Identify problems and propose solutions;
Perform Market intelligence and analyze competitor performance ;
Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Workplace: Addis Ababa

Job Position 2 – Executive Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Level Diploma / Degree Type: Administrative Management Services.
Experience: Minimum of 2(two) years of proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.

Answer incoming and out coming telephone call,
Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments;
Composing and preparing correspondence(Letters) that is sometimes confidential;
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure;
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for meetings, prioritize meeting, facilitate necessary facilities for meeting (Refreshment, stationary materials etc).
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, Compiling documents for related meetings and events;
Plans, coordinates and ensures the General Manager schedules are followed and respected;
Maintains contact information and various administrative databases;
Office Management
Monitor office supplies
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible;
Determines appropriate labeling on files for various documents

Customer Service:
Screens visitors and telephone calls to identify the caller and the subject before referring or transferring the call to the General Manager (or other appropriate officials) and takes details of complex messages;
Provides information on matters which do not involve specialized subjects or concern substantive questions.
Performs other related duties as required.

Reporting Relationships:
The Executive Secretory report to the General Manager,
The position works with a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
