Position 1 – Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager
Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;
Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
Plan and lead the resource Mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner,
Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities
Position 2 – Senior IT Risk Management Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Information Technology and similar field of study.
Experience: 5/Five years of experience in the banking industry of which 2/two years as It Risk Management Officer.
Develop IT risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank;
Identify, assess, measure and monitor IT risk related to the Bank’s various activities and recommend mitigation mechanisms;
Monitor IT related risk in the Bank’s by analyzing the changes in the Bank’s risk profile;
Review/conduct penetration testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage cyber-attacks;
Formulate and implement a coherent and rational comprehensive solution strategy for various information security threats;
Identify areas that are vulnerable to IT risks so that timely action can be taken to strengthen existing mitigation mechanism and minimize losses and, if necessary, recommend alternative risk mitigation mechanisms;
Position 3 – Security Guard I
Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: 2/Two years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.
Age: Between 25-50
Patrolling and securing the area and ensure protection of properties and facilities
Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
Performs other related duties as assigned
