Position 1 – Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Place of Work: Azena, Nejashi (Mersa IFB), Chagni (IFB), Tilili, Shinde, Mekoy
Essential Functionality:
Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business-level strategy of the Bank;
Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer surveys at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
Plan and lead the resource Mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch workforce in an effective manner,
Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities,
Position 2 – Customer Service Executive – II
Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Place of Work: Guhala, Tilili, Azena, Muja, Mekoy, Shinde
Essential Functionality:
Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
Collects/pays cash and debit/credits the respective accounts,
Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
Perform other duties as required.
Position 3 – Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience
Age: Between 18-35
Essential Functionality
Receive and deliver documents, materials, and supplies from office to office within the company.
Securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner.
Protects the confidentiality of information and documents
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position 4 – Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, and related fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, and CSE.
Essential Functionality
Perform KYC and Customer due diligence upon opening accounts
Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customers,
Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
Update passbook, print deal slip, or issues customer advice,
Issue and sign Payment Instruments,
Perform other duties as required.
Position 5 – Security Guard – I
Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: 2/Two years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.
Age: Between 25-50
Essential Functionality
Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
Performs other related duties as assigned
Position 6 – Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer
Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as a planning and monitoring Officer
Essential Functionality
Prepare the corporate annual plan/budget of the Bank in line with the strategic plan and based on inputs from other units and follow up the delivery;
Assess the Bank’s market share and carry out periodic operational/ financial performance monitoring and evaluation;
Conduct external and internal environmental analysis which is used in the development of a strategic plan;
Conduct strategic plan revision as deemed appropriate in line with environmental changes;
Cascade strategic plan to core and support functions to create organizational alignment;
Prepare appropriate corporate key performance indicators (KPI) used to measure performance and progress;
handle other activities as assigned by his or her supervisor
Position 7 – Security Guard – I (Female)
Qualification: -10th/12thGrade Complete
Experience: – two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
Age: Between 25-50
Essential Functionality
