Job Position 1 – Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized institution. IFRS Certification is an advantage
Experience: Minimum 5-year experience in Finance and Accounting with 2 years in a similar position
Strong systems (particularly ERP) experience considered an advantage
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of the job is to supervise the financial accounting process of the Company, including but not limited to, financial transactions and reporting, payables, receivables payroll and taxation management.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of periodic financial statements and supporting balance Sheet reconciliation schedules in compliance with IFRS.
Preparation of annual financial statement and management audit process
Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
Management of taxation reports
Assist the management in budgeting and forecasting
Manage relationship with key stakeholders

Required Qualification and Experience

Job Summary:
HR Specialist’s main responsibility is provision of reliable HR data, information, systems and operational support so as to facilitate the achievement of “best practice” of HR management while liaising with all sections of the company.
Responsibilities:
maintain all necessary records of employees, handling leaves, attendance, and follow up on implementation of various company protocols in scope of the department
Assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of “best practice” HR management systems and processes

The role involves coordinating needs, planning supply and delivery times, and updating management with ingredient prices.
