Association of Pastoralist Community for Change (APCfC) is a local Non-Governmental Organization registered with Oromia Attorney General Bureau (OAGB) in accordance with the Oromia Regional State proclamation for Civil Society Organizations with a certificate No WB/03/0099.
Currently, APCfC is implementing several projects, including one aimed at addressing drought, disaster risk reduction, and providing cash assistance to the target kebeles in Dillo Woreda, Borena Zone, with financial support from DCA Ethiopia.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in office administration, document management, or property management.
Experience in scanning, filing, and organizing financial documents is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail, particularly with financial records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afan Oromo.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the NGO sector is an advantage.

Position Overview
APCfC is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the organization’s administrative operations, human resources (HR), and property management at the head office in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scanning, filing, and compiling financial documents as part of the organization’s document management processes. This is a short-term position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
Scan, file, and compile financial documents such as invoices, receipts, financial reports, and other related documents to maintain accurate and organized records.
Assist with HR functions, including maintaining employee records, leave management, and recruitment processes.
Support the property management by ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of office assets and inventory.
Manage office supplies, handle procurement requests, and liaise with suppliers.
Ensure both physical and digital filing systems are up-to-date and properly maintained for easy retrieval, with a focus on financial documentation.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and assist staff with compliance.
Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
