Professional certificates in ITIL Foundation (as an added advantage).
Professional certificates in quality assurance areas including quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement associate, six sigma (an added advantage).

S/he reviews quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. S/he supports the IT change management initiatives and strategies across the Bank. S/he also validates if comprehensive and well-structured test cases are provided by the responsible custodians.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant Banking experience of which three 3 years in a supervisory position.
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to organize, co-ordinate, support and control activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing and coordinating different initiatives or projects of the Bank from ideation through to completion by ensuring that all Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are meet, desired results are achieved and the most efficient resources are used.
