Position 1 – Director – Advisory and Research Directorate

Qualification & Experience:

LLB Degree in Law or Masters Degree (added advantage) plus a Minimum of 12 (twelve) years’ legal experience ideally in a leading organization.

Job Summary:

The jobholder plans, organizes, directs, leads and coordinates the legal service activities of the Bank. S/he provides expert counsel and insights that enable Bank’s Management to make informed decisions and achieve bank’s business objectives; leverages deep industry knowledge, regulatory expertise and leading-edge research capabilities to provide the highest quality legal advice and insights; provides input in the development of the Bank’s long and short term strategic and operational plans and policies. The jobholder will also identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the directorate through effective talent management.

Position 2 – Director – Litigation and Debt Recovery Directorate

Qualification & Experience:

Job Summary:

The jobholder plans, organizes, directs, leads and coordinates the legal service activities of the Bank. S/he develops and implements litigation and debt recovery strategies to recover the bank’s assets in cases of unpaid loans and outstanding debts. Oversees negotiation, settlement, and alternative dispute resolution attempts as required for cases against or by the bank; provides input in the development of the Bank’s long and short term strategic and operational plans and policies. The jobholder will also identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the directorate through effective talent management.

Position 3 – Branch Manager Class II Branch

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration plus a minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector, three (3) of which is at supervisory role.

Position 4 – Manager – Technical Services Division

Qualification & Experience:

Job Summary:

The Job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB product Development division. S/he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.
