Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire export sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth export operations.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and other activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Position 3 – Key Accounts & Export Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA Degree or BA Degree in Marketing or Marketing and Sales or Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 6 Years of Work Experience for MA Degree or 8 Years of Work Experience for BA Degree in International Sales, Expanding the Company’s Market presence or in related activities out of which 2 Years of Work Experience in Managerial position.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and customer segments.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform sales strategies.
Develop and implement export sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential export customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and close export deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Visit all accounts based on route schedule.
Search for new Accounts.
Order delivery of products on a day-to-day basis.
Organize events on a regular basis at Key Accounts.
Create brand visibility on all Key Accounts
Track sales data per outlet daily.
Develop Key Account sales strategy for all brands.
Distribute POSM materials.
Send weekly reports of sales and activations.
Ensure product freshness (Manage expiry & damaged product) at outlet level
Organize wine testing.
Follow up, update and report on pending credits.
Manage and report Key Account Sales team performances based on their respective KPIs and calculate incentives.
Arrange and lead the monthly department team meeting and share points raised to concerned individuals and departments.
Attend weekly and monthly regular management meetings and share the information to his/her team.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates while providing ongoing instruction and support.
Conduct one-on-one meetings for subordinates and give feedback on their current performance.
Facilitate and maintain effective communication of achievements, plans, expectations, and goals of the company to his/her team.
Identify the manpower requirement for his/her department and attend departmental recruitment and selection process.
Facilitate exports of products, find new new export destination.
Perform tasks as assigned by line manager.
