Job Position 1 – Senior Nurse

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC in Professional Nursing /Clinical Nursing or related field
Work Experience: 6 Years Related Experience

Specific duties & responsibilities
Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
Monitors and coordinates the daily patient care activities of the unit.
Help Head, Nurse in the preparation of staff and patients schedules to ensure full coverage of patient care needs at all times to ensure effective patient services.
Provides triage advice and guidance to physicians and staff referring patients to the clinic.
Oversees and monitors patient evaluation and treatment decisions.
Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles.
Participates in program development and in development and implementation of operating policy and procedure.
Oversees and provides direct nursing evaluation and/or other related care and consultation to patients as required.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for the patient and his/her family.
Coordinates services with other patient care units as required.
Maintain communication with allied services and maintain community liaison as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff.
Conduct ongoing assessments as determined by patient’s condition and/or the client facility’s policies, procedures or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly.
Provide care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Job Position 2 – Biomedical Senior Technician

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC/Diploma in Biomedical engineering or other related fields
Work Experience: 4/6 Years of Experience

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out installation, maintenance, inspection & testing, fault finding and repairs of all biomedical equipment.
Carry out the preparation and operation of a scheduled preventative maintenance system for biomedical and other medical equipment.
Conduct checks, updates and reports of critical supplies of oxygen, medical gases and vacuum as required.
Conduct checks, updates and reports of critical equipment as required.
Carry out departmental audits and implementation of Quality Improvement Plans.
Identify gaps and risks in biomedical equipment and share with the Hospital Manager for implementation
Evaluate the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of medical equipment, report and implement recommendations.
Advice the Hospital Management on planning acquisition and use of medical equipment.
Assist in the preparation of reports on equipment performance and cost analysis for renewal or renovation of equipment.
Liaise with and train medical staff on the use of medical equipment.
Maintain functionality and accuracy of calibration equipment through an established planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program.
Provide bio-medical technical support to staff and when required.
Plan, supervise and improvements any alterations on equipment as required.
Repair and maintain of biomedical equipment’s sent from other Bethzatha Health Service facilities as specified by the supervisor.
Keep abreast of new developments and acquire new skills & knowledge in order to maintain a high level of service.
Record all sentinel incidents/events and report within 24 hours using the provided tools
Maintain client/patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Ensure that Bethzatha Health Services corporate governance policies are adhered to.
Prevent, detect and report any fraud or criminal activity
Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor

Job Position 3 – IT Support Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related fields
Work Experience: 4 Years Related Experience

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
Ensure that all backup and restore procedures are tested and documented regularly.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware of software requirements related to such changes.
Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems and also ensure that all users are aware of the organization’s IT security via regular training.
Monitor, supervise and cooperatively work with IT Support Officer

Job Position 4 – Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting
Work Experience: 4 Years Related Experience
Special skill/Training: IFRS Training and Computer Skill in using Accounting software

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reimbursements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and supporting documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations).
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive information.
Perform other related activities as assigned.

Job Position 5 – Facility Division Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Business Management/Management or other related fields
Work Experience;8 Years Related Experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under close supervision of the Operations Director, establish and administer proper and efficient fleet management system of all company vehicles. Administer and make constant follow-up on the timely repair and maintenance of service vehicles. Regulate fuel consumption, annual inspection, and insurance coverage for each vehicle. Make constant follow-up on any accident against Company vehicles and/or third parties, subsequently the case is timely reported to the insurer for compensation/reinstatement.

Specific duties & responsibilities
Get a timely repair and innovation of office buildings and premises.
Administer timely repair and maintenance of fixed assets at a good standard.
Establish and administer proper and efficient fleet management system of all company vehicles.
Administer and make constant follow-up on the timely repair and maintenance of service vehicles.
Organize and avail all other such services as utility, cleaning, guarding, tasks etc.
Regulate fuel consumption, annual inspection, and insurance coverage for each vehicle.
Ensure that all vehicles of the Company are used for the interest of the Company during working hours.
Ensure that jacket files are opened for each Company vehicle and keep records of maintenance, regular service, accident report, etc.
Make constant follow-up on any accident against Company vehicles and/or third parties, subsequently the case is timely reported to the insurer for compensation/reinstatement.
Expedite different affairs, such as settlement of utility bills, office rents, pass port and visas cases.
Compile data of fuel telephone, electricity, water and other utility consumption.
Prepare plans and reports periodically and submit for the concerned body.
Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the division and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills and training.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Position 6 – Catering Service Division Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/Diploma in Hotel Management
Work Experience: 6/8 Years related Experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Order stock for all food and drink items considered necessary to the canteen at the beginning of the day.
Allocate jobs to cooks and canteen boys at the beginning of the shift.
Decide snacks and meals to be prepared.
Check availability of raw materials as required and order immediately if needed..
Approve the issue of raw materials.
Supervise canteen staff as required and assist during busy periods.
Prepare weekly menu for Breakfast and Lunch.
Look after hygiene & sanitation of food and canteen environment.
Look after the purchase of raw materials and check for their quality,
Maintain records of sale, food and materials stock.
Settle disputes arising out of canteen service.
Performs related duties as assigned.
