Job Poition 1 -Finance Business Partner (Zebidar Plant)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Chartered Certified Accountant (CA/CMA/ ACCA /CPA) qualifications preferred
Experience: 8 years’ hands-on professional experience in finance / Business Control / Audit
Language: English

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Guarantee the compliance with administrative and financial procedures
Organize inventories, stock controls and variance analyzes of all site warehouses and monitor their proper storage.
Make cash inventories and reconcile them with the theoretical situation
Forecast the cash flow positions and update on a regular basis.
Monitor the cash collection (Checks deposit)
Manage the invoicing clerks and cashiers
Control consumption and use of raw materials, consumables, work-in-progress and finished products. Control containers. Control containers flows. Analyze losses and breakage with operational teams.
Control real-time entry in the ERP
Analyze the operating costs of the site. Report to the site manager the anomalies and/or deviations. Monitor the PO linked to the site.
Produce the Site budget with the operational teams
Be the direct contact and correspondent with the corporate CFO
Manage the relationship with local tax authorities and other administrations Monitor the action plan of the site.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Poition 2 – IT Helpdesk (Meta Plant)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.
CCNA/CompTIA A+/ ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus.
Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that PCs, laptops, and printers are properly configured and working as required.
Ensure that all PCs are protected from virus attacks by installing the latest Anti-Virus program.
Ensure that necessary applications required by users are installed and working as expected.
Handle service desk tickets that are logged via email, phone calls, or ITSM tool in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, client software, basic network, server access problems, and voice communication problems from the Helpdesk, where possible
Raise request for ICT consumables e.g., printer cartridges, flash drives, etc., to meet users request.
Repair or replace faulty components of a computer and network system
Perform scheduled maintenance and backup user data.
Organize and provide end-user training

Job Poition 3 – Logistic Head (Hawassa Plant)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Transport management, Logistics or Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or Business Administration or Manufacturing management or relevant fields
Experience: A minimum of 5 years proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency in logistics operations.

Forecast logistics and supply chain requirements to meet customer demands and business growth.
Coordinate the transportation, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
Optimize routes and transportation modes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations governing logistics operations, such as customs and trade compliance.
Implement and maintain appropriate documentation and record keeping systems.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in logistics operations, such as security, safety, and legal issues.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations and regularly monitor and evaluate performance against targets.
Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, including operational metrics, cost analysis, and performance trends, to senior management
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
