Required Qualification and Experience
Education: TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor degree and CoC in Industrial Electricity or Electro Mechanics or Electronic Technology or Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering or related field of studies
Experience: 5 or 3- or 1-years’ experience as Electrician in FMCG factory or industrial setting

Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical equipment malfunctions and makes timely repairs and/or adjustments; monitors repaired equipment to ensure proper function.
Conduct inspections/predictive audits and tests on electrical systems and prepare detailed reports
To do test, calibration, installation, repair, and inspection of electrical equipment, monitoring devices and instrument of Method Office & factory.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all Programmable Logic Controller (P.L.C.) controls, A.C inverters, or any other control systems whenever support is required from any BGI factory.
Timely response to emergency repairs, along with implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of predictive maintenance schedules for the operating equipment and plant. If needed to visit site to support immediately .
Study and testing of new machine , equipment & prepare assessment reports , give analyses to technique department and to develop the Standard operating procedures
To Prepare / Develop new tools and devices or equipment to solve the problems of the Factories or workshops to treat long term issues.
Install and maintaining electrical systems and instruments by performing electrical, instrumentation, and control wiring and installations when required both in CAD and E-Plan
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
Completing corrective maintenance requirements on motors, pumps, pneumatic , conveyor systems, measuring devices, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
Raise CMMS work worder, Organize and register machines history card, register type of repairs done on the machine and spare part used, confirm the history card properly documented.
Install supply, distribution, and production equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controls, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems etc
Conduct basic preventive maintenance through proactive inspection and testing of electrical or electronic systems to locate malfunctions, using visual inspections and testing instruments
Diagnose or repair minor problems of electrical or electronic systems and overhauls electrical components of all type of machineries
Ensure the 5 S & organization of the Workshop as per defined rules.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Position 2 – Business Controller – Commercial
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Chartered Certified Accountant (CA/CMA/ ACCA /CPA) qualifications preferred
Experience: 5 – 10 years’ hands on professional experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Produce data summaries for the construction of the budget and its revisions (product sheets and financial statements)
Make data and analysis available to stakeholders to validate the hypotheses retained.
Develop transition tables justifying changes between budget phases
Organize and supervise monthly inventories with production of a report
Check compliance with cut-off rules
Control the reliability and integrity of data within its scope
Analyze stocks flows within its scope and point out risks of loss and depreciation

Initiate any action aimed at optimizing costs within the limits of its responsibilities
Work closely with the ERP IT team in the adoption of the new ERP system and improve business capabilities and processes relations to Accounting operations.

Job Position 3 – Sr. IT Helpdesk
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.
CCNA/CompTIA A+/ ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus.
Experience: 4 years’ relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that PCs, laptops, and printers are properly configured and working as required.
Ensure that all PCs are protected from virus attacks by installing the latest Anti-Virus program.
Ensure that necessary applications required by users are installed and working as expected.
Handle service desk tickets that are logged via email, phone calls, or ITSM tool in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, client software, basic network, server access problems, and voice communication problems from the Helpdesk, where possible.
Raise request for ICT consumables e.g., printer cartridges, flash drives, etc., to meet users request.
Repair or replace faulty components of a computer and network system
Perform scheduled maintenance and backup user data.
Organize and provide knowledge transfer to site IT Helpdesks and develop training materials and procedures for end users and IT Helpdesks

Job Position 4 – System Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.
MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus
Experience: 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position responsible for managing server environments
