Job Position 1 – Lead Business Applications Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including expertise in vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and a solid understanding of business operations.
Experience in Supplier Service Management.
Experience in Customer Service Management.
Proven project management skills.
Ability to independently manage deliverables.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff.
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Position 2 – Performance Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, IBD, or any other internationally recognized industrial science.
Experience : At least 10 years of technical and leadership experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Expertise in the latest process and quality technologies.
Advanced leadership and management skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
Advanced computer skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines.
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Position 3 – Plant Supply Chain Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in managing end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes in an FMCG factory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
