Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA-degree in Accounting or related.

The purpose of the Branch Clerk I position is to handle all of the recording actions and maintaining of mortgage and saving cards of the sub-branch.
Technical and Other Skills
Work effectively with others;
Knowledge and experience in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Ability and desire to work continuously;
Basic pc skills.
Job Position 2 – Branch Cashier
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA-Degree in Accounting and related business fields
Experience: Three years of related work expertise
Job Purpose
The Branch Cashier is responsible for the receipt, fee/disbursement and secure custody of cash cash of the Institution.
She/he receives and administers fixed property and supplies sent from Head Office.
Technical and Other Skills
Well organized and able to work independently;
Knowledge and experience in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Confidence in dealing with cash;
Able to speak in a pleasant and environment friendly method;
Able to work below strain.
Basic pc abilities.
Job Position 3 – Branch Customer Service Senior Officer/Accountant/
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MBA/BA Degree in Accounting and related.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of work experience as secretary.
The goal of the Branch Customer Service Senior Officer/ Accountant/ place is to handle the general monetary actions of the Branch in accordance to the monetary policies and procedures of the Institution. S/he maintains appropriate accounting records, prepares financial statements and reports of the department.
Technical and Other Skills
Knowledge and experience in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Excellent planning, organizational and analytical abilities;
Good communication and presentation abilities;
Ability to act in a professional and moral method;
Basic computer skills.
Job Position 4 – Branch Customer Relation Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in accounting, banking and finance or related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer place is to undertake social promotion that includes group group, deal with the mobilization of purchasers for saving and mortgage collections of the Branch.
Screens organized clients in keeping with their preferences and facilitates mortgage appraisal, permitted loan disbursement and schedule collections.
Technical and Other Skills
Interest free banking and basic Sheriah knowledge
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Position 5 – Branch Customer Relation Senior Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MBA/BA Degree in accounting, banking and finance or related/vocational college certificates
Experience: 2/4years of related expertise
Technical and Other Skills
Knowledge and experience in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Commitment in serving the agricultural inhabitants;

Job Position 6 – Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MBA/B.A Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent combination of schooling and work experience.
Experience: 4/6 years related work expertise at least 1 year in managerial place
Job Purpose
The goal of the Branch Manager place is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of the branch Operation to achieve the targets of the Institution. S/he handles credit score actions, makes follow-ups, agitates and attracts new savers, participates within the plan preparation of the department.
Technical and Other Skills
Knowledge and expertise in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Ability to provide management, talk successfully, and promote a crew strategy to enhance workers dedication to efficiently implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
Demonstrated technical and managerial capacity, sound judgment, capacity to work together and work successfully with others in any respect ranges;
Good conceptual understanding of participatory strategy and sustainable development;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer abilities and good written and oral communication abilities.
Good private competence and need to work below strain.
