Position 1 – Senior Marketing Officer

Required No:4
Qualification: BA  Degree in Marketing or related discipline
Experience:Two  and above years of relevant experience, work experience in marketing company is a plus.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with other departments of the organization,   the job holder contributes for the effective execution of organizational mission by developing and implementing robust marketing .

Responsiblities

Facilitate calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current  customers
Proactively engage and manage sales relationship, more over periodically revising service contract agreement ,
Assuring delivering of excellent customer service,
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions and complains as needed
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Develops strong relation with customers,
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Performing other marketing and sales oriented responsibilities offered by immediate supervisor

Proven experience in marketing &  similar roles
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Content creation skill considering different audience and communication channels
Having business acumen
Having the ability to present and write reports, findings or case studies to various types audiences.

Position 2 – Social Media Content Creator

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing or related discipline  and One  and above years of relevant experience.

Responsiblities

promote companies’ products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
Research industry-related topics
Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Performing other Social Media Content Creator oriented responsibilities offered by immediate supervisor
