Job Summary:
We are seeking competent junior Accountants and Casher to join a dynamic finance team within our Food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting and Recording financial transaction, managing and controlling Petty Cash flow, Assist’s senior accountants and the ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day financial operations

Responsibilities:
Ensure that all payment requests are approved by the appropriate authority prior to processing.
Collect, register, and share daily updates of all incoming payment requests with the finance team.
Verify and confirm the completeness of all required documentation and authorization before making payments.
Process payments by ensuring financial and non-financial documents are in order.
Prepare cheques or transfer letters based on approved documentation and ensure timely submission to the bank.
Confirm that all necessary supporting documents are attached both before and after payments.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of government taxes and obligations; report monthly to respective managers.
Collect debit and credit advice slips and attach them to the appropriate documents.
Manage the petty cash system, including making payments and preparing monthly reconciliations.
Travel to the bank to handle payment transfers, petty cash replenishments, and related financial transactions as required.
Manage the WHT (Withholding Tax) receipt distribution process for suppliers/agents when not provided at the time of payment.
Maintain positive and effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Perform additional administrative duties, including answering incoming calls as required
Preparing regular reports on financial activities.
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, audits, and other accounting projects

Job Position 2 – Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing and sales
Experience with office management computer like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Experience in Food manufacturing Industry is plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: – Negotiable

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase the visibility of products
Monitor customer trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure the company’s marketing strategies align with its goals and objectives.
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to maintain good relationships.
Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) marketing forecasts
Stay up to date on the latest marketing techniques and technology.
Design and implement successful marketing campaigns, Identify and analyze competitors
Promote products by contacting hotels, factories and supermarkets
Conduct market research and product development collaborating with production department
Measure customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any complaints
