Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields with 3 years of experience in ATM maintenance.

Job Description
Assist with the day-to-day upkeep and operation of the bank’s ATMs to ensure they function efficiently.
Perform regular checks and minor repairs on ATMs to prevent malfunctions.
Provide basic technical support for ATM-related issues, escalating more complex concerns to senior technicians.
Ensure that both ATM software and hardware are updated and functioning properly.
Participate in preventive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and cleanings of ATMs.
Adhere to security protocols and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant ATM-related standards and regulations.
Follow internal policies and procedures for ATM operations.
Participate in training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge.
Assist with other tasks related to ATM operations and maintenance as needed.

Job Position 2 – Senior ATM Maintenance Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields with 5 years of experience in ATM maintenance.

Job Description
Supervise and manage the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network.
Ensure all ATMs operate optimally and address operational issues swiftly.
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM-related problems.
Stay current with the latest ATM technologies and integrate new solutions as needed.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize ATM downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the ATMs are reliable and secure.
Lead and mentor a team of ATM maintenance technicians.
Ensure all ATMs comply with established security protocols and standards.
Monitor and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, performance issues, and resolutions.

Job Position 3 – Manager – ATM Maintenance Division

Job Description
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the bank’s ATMs to ensure their proper functioning.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure reliable ATM performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ATM-related issues, coordinating with technical teams for swift resolution.
Ensure that all ATM hardware and software are up to date and functioning efficiently.
Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Track and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify potential improvements.
Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, maintenance activities, and any key issues for senior management.
Provide training and support to the ATM maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and expertise.
