Job Position 1 –  Surveillance and Anti-Theft System Operation Officer(Re-advertised)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT or a related field; with 3 years of experience in CCTV operations or related experiences.
Certification in CCTV systems, security systems, or related areas (E.g., IP Surveillance Certification) is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
Undertake operation of the CCTV system located at different premises of the Bank including the branches.
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), cabling standards, and troubleshooting CCTV system connectivity issues.
Familiarity with Video Analytics and Access Control systems.
Monitor and control CCTV system cameras and take action as appropriate to the events seen including generation of associated reports for the respective stakeholder.
Maintain CCTV system recordings including incident logs, responses for footage access requests and any other designated records within the CCTV system.
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in CCTV systems, perform system updates/upgrades and capable to conduct preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Support investigations by retrieving relevant data and evidence to assist police and any other authorized personnel to review footage/images and download data as required in line with the policy of the Bank.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all CCTV system equipment; and diagnose and fix system faults or failures promptly.
Maintain daily logs, shift reports, and incident reports, editing captured images and format them as per the instructions of the relevant policies, manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations, apply knowledge and skill to optimize the potential of CCTV equipment to generate high quality and relevant picture.
Advise and inform the appropriate organ as soon as practicable of any faults or failures (any technical issues) within the CCTV system.
Support different organs of the Bank for any issues related to the CCTV system.
Always comply with the CCTV system Codes of Practice and other relevant policies of the Bank.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
