Job Position 1 – Retail Customer Relationship Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Business Management and other related fields.
Previous Work Experience: 6 (six) years of relevant banking experience of which a minimum of one year and above as Customer Relationship Manager or Manager-Operation Management or Customer Service Manager or Manager-Customer Relationship Management or Credit Analyst. Manager-Service Marketing and Digital Banking or other relationship management or supervisory positions.

Required Competencies
Familiarity with retail banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, wealth management products, insurance, etc.
Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and techniques, particularly credit, operational, and reputational risks.
Ability to advice and direct customers
Ability to sell in bundle (cross selling, up-selling)
Awareness of local and international banking laws (e.g., AML, KYC, FATCA) and the ability to implement compliance programs at the branch level.
Proficiency with CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and optimize service delivery.
Familiarity with core banking systems, financial management software, and other banking operation tools.
