Position 2 – VAN Sales Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience managing Field Sales reps in the market.

Job Summary

Manage the team & ensure budgeted numbers are exceeded for Sales Value, Sales Target & market coverage (productivity) through effective coaching and control.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure sales reps follow route plan so as to maximize sales & productivity.
Ensure all targets and objectives assigned by the Line Manager including volume & value sales targets, GP targets and distribution objectives are achieved to ensure optimal business efficiency.
Manage the sales force & monitor their performance providing guidance, assistance and motivation to increase effectiveness.
Ensure sales team continuously communicates all stock issues, pricing fluctuations, & competitor activities.
Ensure that the sales force are properly equipped, coached and motivated to ensure objectives are achieved.
Conduct regular market visits with all sales personnel to assist them in managing customer issues, improving performance and providing guidance and training.
All Credit outstanding are collected in due time.
Conduct annual and six monthly appraisals for all direct reports so that performance is tracked and discrepancies in performance are rectified at the earliest.
Recommend and control credit limits and adherence to terms. Recommend changes to credit limits and assist sales force achieve the company credit to sales ratio target.
Travel more than 60% of the time in town.

Responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of all mechanical equipment and facilities.
Familiar with and master the structure and performance of the mechanical equipment, strengthen the maintenance, ensure the safe operation;

Familiar with all kinds of professional tools.
Do a good job of patrol inspection; make all kinds of records to ensure that the equipment is in good condition;
Make preparations for accessories and materials and manage them properly;
Be responsible for guiding and assisting equipment operators to do maintenance work correctly and reasonably, and have the right to stop illegal operation;
At the same time familiar with electrical work skills is better;
Strictly abide by the company’s regulations
Can accept day shift and night shift rotation.

Position 5 – Assistant Marketing Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:  Two years of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Confers with department managers, and staff teams to provide marketing consultation. Assesses products and programs and makes recommendations for profit potential via marketing programs. Develops related strategies and provides training on how to implement strategies.
Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.
Develops and designs proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, web pages, and/or other related collateral materials and participates and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable individuals.
Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
