Job Position 1 – Support Services Team Leader

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
3 years of relevant work experience at a similar level in Support Services functions in INGOs and Including 1–2 years of experience at a basic supervisory or management level. Proven management skills and a competence in people management
Sound knowledge on cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
Sound supervisory and communication skills
Commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures.

Support Services Team Leader

Job Position 2 – Protection Team Leader

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Advanced degree in International Law, Development Studies, Political Science, Psychology, social work or any Social Sciences or relevant field from a recognized institution.
3 years of experience working with displaced populations and familiarity with displacement dynamics, legal frameworks and humanitarian response related to forced displacement. A minimum of 2 years of management or technical protection experience working for an international NGO, UN agency or relevant ministry or authority.
Experience working as a Protection teal leader and prior experience on protection and peacebuilding is an asset
Experience in Tigray and Afar is an additional asset.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and harmoniously with people from different backgrounds. This includes diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills.
Commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures
Demonstrated professional experience leading protection, peace building gender and human rights related activities in the context of Tigray and Afar.
LANGUAGE: (indicate fluency level)
Excellent English skills both spoken and written is required.
Knowledge of Amharic, Afar and Tigrigna language is an advantage

Job Position 3 – Protection Officer – Legal

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: University degree in law or other relevant field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years work experience in the legal sector, preferably in a humanitarian context;
Prior Experience working with persons of concern including refugees, internally displaced and/ or returnees;
Experience and familiarity with Ethiopia’s judicial system;
Familiarity with international laws focusing on refugee rights;
Understanding of protection principles and protection minimum standards;
High level of personal initiative, analytical and problem-solving skill;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships across the organization.
Commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office package.

Job Position 4 – Protection Specialist – Case Management

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: University degree or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, Psychology, Law, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the protection sector, preferably in humanitarian settings.
Advanced understanding and experience in GBV and CP programming, including case management, psychosocial support, and risk mitigation.
Proven experience in capacity building of local partners and technical and supervision support to humanitarian actors.
Familiarity with protection information management systems, including GBVIMS.
Strong experience in proposal development, program design, and donor reporting.
Demonstrated understanding of gender equality and intersectional approaches in humanitarian programming.
Experience implementing integrated programming across sectors is an asset
