Job Position – Human Resources Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or BA in Management, HR Management or other relevant business fields graduated from a university maximum 2 years ago
0-1-year experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Deadline : March 14, 2025
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the HR in making sure all personnel files are complete and accurate; assuring adherence to highest level of confidentiality.
Assist the HR Team in contacting and arranging written exams and interviews for different positions.
Assist the HR Team in handling any insurance related issues of staff in a very organized and professional manner;
Assist the other HR Team in organizing orientations.
Assist the HR Officer in making sure of all staff in DRC Addis and FOs are registered in the government pension scheme and keep the record in the personal file.
As part of the learning process, participate in any HR related activities and responsibilities as directed.
Any other assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor
Issue staff IDs.
Other
Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager
