Job Position 1 – Senior Retail & Diaspora Business Officer – IFB

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years  relevant experience.

Technical Competencies
Good understanding of retail banking, consumer finance, and diaspora markets.
Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry.
Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Good banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience
At least Six (6) years’ experience in system engineering.

Technical Competencies
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Extensive experience in systems and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting and lifecycle planning focused on business requirements.
