Job Position 2 – Regional Trade Activation Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
Experience in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Top Accountabilities
Participate in the development of commercial plan
Implementation of one plan and adhoc BTL activities
Management of cross functional project teams for effective execution of BLT activities
Manage BTL agencies to develop implementation plans of all activities (required resources, roles and responsibilities, timelines and event flows).
Recruitment /management /briefing during ground execution with agencies.
Ensure field teams and company staff engagement to programs through clear and inspiring briefings with support of capability when applicable
On time transfer of execution tools to field team/promoters
Execute all projects on or under agreed budget on time and complaint
Gather market data/intelligence on competitor activity with clear recommendation and impact on existing plans working to help on strategy building
Drive brand passion among field teams, promoters and partners staff in collaboration with Marketing
Collate, Evaluate and Communicate weekly update on activities performance with insights and recommendation.
Ensure proper documentations, filing and reconciliation of activities as deemed necessary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related fields.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
Key competencies
Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
First Line Sales Management in a major consumer goods company ideal.
Strong commercial awareness.
