Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, real estate marketing, or property management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
knowledge of the local real estate market.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for promoting the company’s real estate services, building strong relationships with clients, and successfully negotiating and closing sales deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote the company’s real estate services to potential clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct cold calling and networking activities to identify and generate new leads.
Expand the client base through targeted marketing efforts.
Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions effectively.
Close sales deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and property valuations.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
