Position – Office Assistant

Job Description:
As an office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. You will work closely with other office staff and department managers to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors and provide assistance as needed
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, and reports
Fetch and deliver parcels to and from clients and suppliers
Assist the finance team with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and billing
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, including confidential information
Opens and routes incoming message/document; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff
Copies and/or duplicates materials as requested; may oversee the day-to-day operation of printing equipment
Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents
Order, stock, and distribute office supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of the office by communicating with janitor and other staff
