Duties and Responsibilities
Handle sales calls to process & update price quotations, agreements, deposit, outstanding balance and scheduling.
Prepare Sales Order, Communicate and send to Finance & Production departments to follow process over all progress
Prepare agreement, facilitate delivery and follow up arrival on timely basis
Prepare and Post weekly Operation machinery mobilizing Schedule
Communicate and Facilitate High volume price discount requests with SMM & MD
Perform sales close by pushing key account deposit to process sales
Onboard Customer and key accounts by making sure that quotation is delivered & agreement is signed
Perform any assigned task from the line manager
Establishes and maintains relationships with leads and Customers to leverages sales and brand reputation.
Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Target Achievement – Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Job Position 3 – Sales and Key Account Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management and Civil Engineering or Related Fields
Work Experience:Above More than 1 years of experience in a Sales Representative in FMCG industry construction or building materials sector.
