Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Hotel Management, Secretarial since and other related fields
Experience: Two Years Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Job Position 2 – Market Research and Strategy Analyst
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.
Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience with data analysis tools and market research software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Google Analytics).
Job Position 3 – Section Finance Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the construction and batching plant industries.
Competence
Computer Proficiency: Strong ability to use computer applications and financial software.
ERP and IFRS Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and IFRS standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Stress Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
