Job Position 1 – Direct Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales representative or assistant.
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per company scale

Duties and Responsibility
Actively engage with customers at wholesale and support outlets to promote and sell products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and outlet targets.
Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the team for timely replenishments.
Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
Collect market insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and other relevant data.
Job Position 2 – Pricing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related fields, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per company scale
Deadline: January 15,2025
Duties and Responsibility
Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies across product categories.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform decisions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor pricing performance and profitability, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare pricing reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
Lead and mentor the pricing team to achieve set goals.
