Job Position 1 – Finance Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in private companies
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, labor laws, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial policies.
Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and international accounting standards.
Maintain strong internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to maintain healthy financial relationships.

Job Position 2 – Facility Maintenance Technician

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma from Technical Collage (level 2 & 3) or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
3 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of building systems and equipment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to facility maintenance activities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: 17,340.00 ETB

Responsibility:-
Provide routine inspections of facility systems check and identify any maintenance and repairing need.
Provide paint service at designated properties
To ensure equipment and facilities in all areas of the compound are in good condition
Meet the normal use requirement of the user, and enable everyone in the facility (building) to operate safely, effectively and efficiently during the agreed working hours.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Position 3 – Foreman

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: 12+2 or 12+3 in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanics, Sanitation and other related fields

Experience: – Minimum of two years of related experience

Responsibilities
