Job Position 2 – Senior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing
Management, and any other related fields with 1.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on CSS position.

Job Position 3 – Branch Accounts Administrator–Grade B
Required Qualication and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of
experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Job Position 4 – Branch Manager Grade C
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

Job Podition 5 – Information Systems Audit Division Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bsc/Msc +Diploma/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Admin Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Any other related fields with 9.5/7.5 years of experience in relevant field, of which at least 2 years as senior officer in banking industry
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Job Position 6- Manager, Audit Follow-up Division
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/MBA, MA in Accounting, Banking and Finance Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years of experience preferably in banking industry of which 2 years as a senior Inspector position
