Job Position 1 – Field Project Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Public Health or Medical Doctor with program management experience.
Six (6+) years’ experience for a first degree and Four (4+) years’ experience for a master’s in managing and coordinating FP/RH-related programs preferably in an NGO.
Experience with and understanding of the regional, Zonal, and Woreda-level health system.
Skills

Good understanding and working experience with SRHR, WaSH, and Nutrition interventions among youth, and women of reproductive age.
Demonstrated communication and analytical skills.
Computer skills especially in managing project databases (DHIS2), and data management using statistical software like SPSS, Excel, and Epi Info, among others.
High-level expertise in Results-Based Management, Logical Framework Analysis, and Result-Based Performance Monitoring and Evaluation.
Proficiency in one or more local languages and English is required.
Additional skills
Good accountancy and report writing skills.
Commendable knowledge and skill on school health, particularly Life skill education, focusing on Adolescent and youth SRHR/MHM services, WaSH, school gardening and cluster resource centers/SS.
Good interpersonal communication and teamwork

Job Position 2 – Zonal Cluster Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Public health, or a related discipline.
8 years for first degree & 5 years’ experience for master’s degree.

Ability to tailor data collection approaches local needs, interests, and capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in English language proficiency is strongly preferred.
Ability to be assigned to roving duties as needed at field sites.
