Job Position 1 – Electrician
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Collage Diploma or higher
Proven experience as an electrician in garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation for industrial equipment and power distribution.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on new industrial construction or manufacturing setup.
Location: Mekele

Duties and Responsibilities
Setup/Installation: Install, connect, and test electrical systems, wiring, and equipment to prepare the factory for operations.
Repairs: Execute repairs based on requests and assess whether internal or outsourced solutions are required.
Improvements and Projects: Support safety, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives in facilities upgrades, utility savings, and factory expansion.
Team Leadership: Manage team performance, development. and align with core values while promoting collaborative teamwork.
Company Culture: Embody and coach core values in decision- making and team behavior.
Self-Development: Seek feedback and opportunities for growth and actively improve personal effectiveness in the role.
Daily preventive maintenance and follow up on compressed air supply, water supply, fire prevention and protection systems.
Job Position 2 – Mechanic
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Collage Diploma or higher
Proven experience as a Mechanic in garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical trouble shouting on industrial equipment.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Mechanic, with a focus on new industrial construction or machinery manufacturing setup
Location: Mekele
Deadline: December 25,2024

Duties and Responsibilities
Setup/Installation: Install, adjust all the machine setting parameters as per style required and parameter setting for new style to prepare the factory for operations.
Style Change: monitor style change ramp-up time and take appropriate actions to continually shorten the changeover time
Machine Maintenance: repair and preventative maintenance to ensure the machines are in good working condition, monitor machine downtime and how to improve
Cost Savings: identify machine-related cost saving opportunities and recommend
Maintenance Best Practices: conduct regular reviews on machine maintenance best practice.
