Job Position 1- Administrative Assistant.
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Accounting, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Additional certifications in office administration, project management, or related areas are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, office management, finance management, facilitation of events, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Amharic is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, business development, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for addressing environmental health challenges.
Proven track record of securing funding and managing donor relationships.
Strong understanding of environmental health issues in Ethiopia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
