Job Position – Office Assistant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Diploma Graduate / TVET Level I / 12th /
Experience: 2 / 4 years work experience.

Skills:
Good in speaking and writing in English
Computer skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities :
Clerical Support services such as typing ,scanning and photocopying of documents and memos
Purchasing of Air tickets by going to the Ethiopian Airlines ticket offices when the ERCS Protocol officer is off duty or on leave.
Handling routine administrative office matters( eg. Restocking ran out stationery materials, etc
Monitoring that the office equipment and utensils are in good function and hygiene as swell as reporting to concerned departments when malfunctions occur.
Supporting PNS delegate offices in directing them to ERCS relevant Departments, running interoffice errands and delivering.
Interoffice memos, messages, packages , materials and overall similar assignments
Work Unit: PNS Service Delivery
Reporting to: PNS, Service Delivery Unit
Terms of employment:  Contract for one year
Salary: As per the organization salary scale
Location: Addis Ababa
Deadline: January 1, 2025
