Job Position 1 – Jr. Customer Care Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/BSC Degree with 0 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Help, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Thoroughly understand the company’s products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and educate them on product features, benefits, and usage.
Handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure timely delivery of products or services. Collaborate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfillment.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, product defects, and service interruptions. Take ownership of problems and follow through until they are satisfactorily resolved.

Prepare or receive damage shipment report necessary in the settlement of claims.
Job Position 2 – Senior Auditor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance auditing or a related field.

Duties and Responsibility
Conduct Audits: Plan and execute financial audits in accordance with established auditing standards and procedures.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with financial operations and develop audit strategies to mitigate those risks.
Financial Reporting: Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Report Findings: Prepare comprehensive audit reports that document findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for management.

Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and finance staff on best practices in auditing and financial reporting.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects or investigations as needed, providing financial expertise and insights.
Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
Job Position 3 – Communication and Marketing Executive
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication. with 4+ years of experience

Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Define the brand’s positioning, key messaging, and target audience to create a unique market presence.
Ensure the brand’s visual and verbal identity is consistent and impactful across all marketing materials, including advertisements, packaging, websites, and social media platforms.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand’s image and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and innovative campaigns.
