Job Position 1 – HR and Legal Business Partner

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Education and Experience: LL.B Degree with 2 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 4 years of experience
Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Work Place: Addis Ababa

About the Job
Drafting and reviewing contracts, internal rules and regulations and any other documents at district level.
Providing legal opinion to the company on any legal issues
Advising the district on employment, risk management, legal matters and any other areas that requires intervention.
Negotiating on important issues when required.
Representing the company at judiciary, quasi judiciary and any other justice organ
Managing legal issues and reporting to Legal Directorate
Handles and follow up criminal cases
Executes any other roles and assignments given by Human Resource Administration Department, Legal Directorate and the District.
Collaborate with HR teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
Assist in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
Support the legal department in handling employment related litigation and disputes.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures on the district level.
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Assist in creating risk management strategies related to employee-related legal matters.
Guide employee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Work closely with the legal department to identify potential risks and provide guidance on minimizing legal exposure.
Advise on HR matters to district employees on employee relations matters, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Position 2 – Area Sales Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Education: Sales, Marketing, Management
degree with 5 years of experience.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire employees, make tough decisions and manage conflicts.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Understanding of the industry and market in which the organization operates, including trends, competitors, and regulatory issues.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions and make decisions quickly and effectively.
