Job Position 1 – HR and Admin Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient HR and administrative operations within the organization by handling recruitment, employee relations, office management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave balances, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining and verifying attendance and leave records.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative and HR-related documents.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and government offices, as needed.
Support management in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with staff.

Job Position 2 – Finance and Accounts Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years as a Finance Manager.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Industry/manufacturing sector experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company objectives.
Manage financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing to ensure alignment with government regulations.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s liquidity and operational needs are met.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and financial performance
Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
