Job Position – Sales Executive
Requited Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in the construction industry, preferably in the concrete manufacturing sector;
Four years’ experience for Degree holders and two year for masters’ holders; Minimum 2 years of experience in the concrete industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proactive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Specifically, you will
Prepare and send quotations and proposals; Make effort to meet all sales quotas and goals.
Support the sales manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
Identify and engage with potential customers, both new and existing, within the construction industry.
Understand client requirements, propose suitable concrete solutions, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and builders.
Provide professional product presentations and demonstrations to clients and respond to their inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns; Work with the team to close sales.
Track sales activity, prepare sales reports, and present them to the management team.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product developments.
Job Position 2 – Production Supervisor
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: 8 years for Masters and 10 years for bachelor Degree in chemical or civil Engineering.
Previous experience in construction filed is required.
Knowledgeable about raw material types, stock control, quality, and suppliers.
Good Communication skill, able to communicate with staff, suppliers and other departments both in English and Amharic.
Good leadership Skill & team Player.
Ability to solve problem and to act quickly.
Effective planning skill.
Knowledge in computer and Microsoft office.
Reporting to production manager.
Efficient knowledge about plant and auto mechanics.
