Job Position 1 -IT Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC/MSC Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Work Experience: 4/2 years relevant work experience for non-engineering or 2/0 years for Engineering respectively

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Analyse equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.
Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC/MSC Degree in Safety Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/Occupational Safety or equivalent field of study.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and correct causes of occupational safety and health hazards.
Carryout plant safety inspections in order to observe the physical conditions of work, work practices and procedures followed by the employees.
Render advice on measures to be adopted for removing the unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by employees.
Monitor workers for exposure to safety or environment hazardous conditions.
Alter, suspend, evacuate or terminate activities that may pose immanent safety or environment danger.
Take appropriate action to mitigate or eliminate unsafe condition, operation, or hazard.
Check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to prevent personal injuries.
Provide training on safety and environment information.
Perform assessment of engineering controls and PPE.
Document both safe and unsafe acts, corrective actions taken on the scene, accidents or injuries, and ways to improve safety on future incidents.
Identify hazardous situations associated with the incident.
Review the Incident Action Plan (IAP) for safety implications.
Exercise emergency authority to stop and prevent unsafe acts.
Investigate accidents that have occurred within the incident area.
Render advice on matters related to reporting and investigation of industrial accidents and diseases.
Maintain such records as are necessary relating to accidents, fire incidents and occupational diseases.
Ensure that all fire extinguishing equipment is tested periodically.

Senior welder 6 TVET II/III/IV Completed in Metallurgical Technology, Welding & other related fields of Studies. 6/4/2/0 years’ relevant work experience respectively

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Develop, document and revise system test procedures.

Coordinate and link the computer systems within the company to increase compatibility to ensure information can be shared easily.

Work Experience: 14/12 years’ relevant work experience out of which 4/2 years in managerial position respectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of production plans and control work schedules.
Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to give guidance on the determination of personnel and materials requirements.
Lead the Planning and control delivery of supplies or raw materials to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules.
Oversee the aggregate plan of raw meal and clinker preparation and the pyro-processing.
Discuss with department managers to assess progress and discuss on needed changes.
Oversee schedule changes in the department due to design changes, labour or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions.
Lead and follow up the preparation of documents related to planning and optimization, production sequences, production rates and progress.
Oversee the regular grinding and packing process and provide assistance and direction to the division.
Develop tactical plans on overall production function of the plant.
Ensure production department is performing as per the plan derived from the Head, Operations function.
Ensure the safety procedures are implemented in all the units of production and everyone in their work place has a safe working condition.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC/MSC in Health and Safety, Enginering or related fields with 12/10 years of demonstrated experience out of which three3/2 years in a manager or supervisory position
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in developing company’s strategy; communicate with other functional/departmental managers to understand all the necessary needs of Safety, Health & Environment.
Develop annual plan including the key performance, targets, needed resources and budget to achieve the Plant’s mission and strategic objectives.
Presents, analyze and compares the actual performance, expenditure of the department against the plan, through regular meetings with the Plant Manager.
Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
Identify a safe operating procedure that takes into considerations all relevant risks.
Develop and implement health, safety programs, environmental protection and fire prevention mechanisms.
Issue newsletters and instructions related to health, safety and environmental protection.
Follow-up all the department’s commitment to the policies, procedures and existing Programs.
Monitor the performance of the site in periodic emergency exercises and set different scenarios and put them in partnership with the sectors concerned.
Follow up removing of physical, chemical and biological barriers from the plant.
Follow the environmental performance and its compatibility with the requirements of environmental standards in Ethiopia.
Evaluate the readiness of the firefighting equipment.
Follow up the purchasing of the personnel safety tools, uniforms and any other safety equipment and their distribution.
Ensure the installation of safety signs & road marks.
Perform follow-up investigations to verify effectiveness.
Follow up the new legislation in the field of health, safety and environmental protection and any developments affecting the company’s operations.
Conduct risk assessment and search for solutions on how to reduce the risk.
Provide advices in the field of health, safety and environmental protection and fire prevention.
Follow up systems, methods and plans that ensure the protection of personnel and property from fires, work injuries and explosions and protect the environment from pollution.
Prepare root analysis after any accident happens and make an action plan to take some protective actions.
Prepare a monthly report with the health and safety performance and also a report for all the strengths or weaknesses areas.
Submit a detailed report with any injuries or accidents to immediate manager, the CEO and the department in charge.
Keep records of the accidents and incidents for periodical analysis to avoid and prevent future risks.
Facilitate the performance of training and practical experiments to ensure that the fire-fighting teams and different emergency teams adequately trained.
Identify and recommend team members training needs and individual development program.
Conduct performance review meeting and convey management policies to subordinates.
Ensure good housekeeping program has implemented and worked in sustainable way in all work places.
Ensure the implementation of all government (Federal and Legal) regulations and requirements.
Perform similar tasks as instructed from immediate supervisor or line manager.
