Job Position 1 – Administration Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MBA Degree or BA · And who have worked on admin officer.
Working Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the position
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Position 2 – Sales Supervisor/ showroom head/
Required Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales & 2 year of experience as sales supervisor / showroom head/
Reporting to: finance Admin & general Manager Position
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Deadline: October 7, 2024
Responsibilities: –
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company’s properties and services
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients
Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base
Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to effectively position the company’s offerings
Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Reporting the sales every month to the general manager
Evaluate employees every 3 months and send to human resources Department
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities· Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Supportive and collaborative work environment.
