Position 1 – Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa,
Position 2 – Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa,
Position 3 – Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa,
Position 4 – Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa,
Position 5 – Customer Service Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Four (5) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Note:
COC related to the position is Advantageous
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
