Position 1 – Cloud Test and Operations Engineer
Qualification: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an information technology–related field is required.

Job Description:
Be familiar with HUAWEI CLOUD products and the cloud test process.
Be familiar with the data migration process and solution. Experience in cloud migration projects is preferred.
Be familiar with the trouble ticket submission and problem locating process. Experience in Huawei projects is preferred.
Be able to obey the director’s arrangement and effectively communicate with the customer about requirements.
Position 2 – Microwave Engineer

Experience: With more than 5 years of data centre project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc.
With knowledge of data centre facilities such as,
Electrical feeders, switch gear and power distribution,
Transformers,
Diesel Generators, with ATS/STS,
UPS,
Chillers, Cooling tower and pumps,
CRAC units,
Physical security,
Fire suppression & detection
Data cabling,
Familiar with industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA, familiar with South East Asian didustry practice in data centre physical infrastructure.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years experience as Visa specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities;
Process and assess applications for visas in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Use and maintain all resources and materials provided by clients appropriately
Build good relation with clients, provide consulting and respond to their enquiries via phone, email or in person
Build good relationship with all stakeholders, especially with embassy officers that is a good tool that can provide us favour for visa processing
Interview clients and where necessary request additional information to support an application
Consider integrity and risk in decision making including:
Maintaining knowledge of risk profiles and indicators in the relevant caseload
Identifying and reporting integrity concerns and trends
Participating in integrity support activities
Write case notes, assessments, decision records and correspondence
