Job Position 1 – Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 6 years’ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Work with department Managers and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and plan talent acquisition efforts accordingly.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Manage the job posting process across multiple LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening of applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, cultural fit, attitude, and alignment with the company’s values.
Provide recommendations and feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate selection.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure that candidates receive timely updates and feedback during each stage of the hiring process.
Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership regarding recruitment activities and progress.
Design, implement, and improve the organization’s onboarding program to ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.
Ensure all onboarding materials, documentation, and resources are up to date and aligned with company policies.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires are fully integrated into the company.
Provide new employees with key information about company policies, culture, and organizational structure
Ensure that all logistics for new hires are set up before their first day (e.g., IT setup, office space, equipment, etc.).
Maintain close communication with new hires before their start date to provide a positive onboarding experience.
Partner with HR Learning & Development teams to deliver relevant training during the onboarding process.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and propose improvements as necessary.
Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Provide support on HR-related administrative tasks and initiatives as required.
Identify areas for improvement within recruitment and onboarding processes and suggest solutions.
Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices are compliant with labor laws, company policies, and best practices
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employment laws.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
Experience with HR analytics and reporting
Job Position 2 – Associate Communications Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit engaging content for the company’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and press releases.
Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
Utilize analytics tools to measure engagement and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create a content calendar to schedule posts and campaigns effectively.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand mentions.
Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event logistics and promotion.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote company initiatives.
Draft press releases and prepare media kits for distribution.
Act as a spokesperson when necessary during interviews or public engagements.
Support staff in understanding communication tools and best practices.
Assist in developing internal newsletters or bulletins to keep employees informed about company news and updates.
