Position 1 – System Developer

Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Computer science/ Software engineering or any related field

Experience:

Two years relevant experience.
Experience in any automation projects.
Experience in IOS and Android application development VOIP experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Intensive knowledge of object-oriented programming.
Programming languages: Python, PHP, C #, and Assembly.
Web Development: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP,and ASP.
Intensive knowledge of Agile Software Developer Methodology.
Database: My-SQL & MS-SQL. Operating system: Cent-OS, Linux-mint, Ubuntu, and UNIX

Additional Skill

Good communication skills. Fast learning curb. Interpersonal skills.
The position is permanent with a place of work in Addis Ababa.
Salary will be determined as per the company’s salary scale.

Position 2 – Call Agent

Qualification: University/College degree is an asset
Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.

Experience:

Proficient in computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Some experience in customer service environment

Skills & Language:

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Very good typing skill.
Must be able to give attention to detail.

Multilingual:

Amharic and other local language I.e Oromiffa speakers encouraged
English
French
Italian

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answer calls and handle customer inquiries
Make calls to clients on behalf of the company
Provide customers with service information
Register customer information
Update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary
